On the occasion of International Women's Rights Day, the UMF is organizing with WISTA France a round table entitled "Attractiveness, diversity, training... how to accelerate the feminization of the maritime world?" », which will be held on March 8 from 8:30 a.m. to 10 a.m. on the 30th floor of the La Marseillaise Tower. Hosted by Léa Loriquet and Marie-Noëlle Tiné, this breakfast discussion will give the floor to professionals from the sector as well as representatives of public authorities. We will come back to you with the finalized program.

We firmly believe in the importance of promoting diversity and inclusion in the maritime world, and this roundtable will be the perfect opportunity to exchange ideas, share experiences and explore concrete ways to accelerate the feminization of the sector. Also, we are counting on your presence.
